My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. However, the shuttle service was excellent and made getting around easy. The location was fabulous, with the center of town within walking distance. Our room was spacious and the renovated bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the kitchen staff who steamed almond milk for my tea. we had a fantastic stay and my wife, who is in the beginning stage of Alzheimer's, thoroughly enjoyed herself. Breakfast was a hot, and the staff always attentive. Good sleep in an comfy bed. The hotel was close to Wyoming Stargazing and Virginian rv Park. We had fun in the pool of the property.

Breakfast was not very pleasant

The pool area was a great place to relax and unwind. The grab and go breakfast options offered during this time were surprisingly good with a good selection. The location of the hotel was also convenient, close to the town center where we could easily explore and find places to eat.

The carpet in the rooms was old and smelled bad, in need of replacement. There were also maintenance issues with the bathroom sink handle coming off and low hot water in the pool area showers.

The value for money at the Lodge was great and our room was comfortable and beautiful. The location was convenient with a shuttle service to the airport and city square, and the staff treated us with friendliness and warmth.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering more variety in the selection.

We recently stayed at The Lodge and absolutely loved it! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast included with our stay was one of the best we've had. The variety of scrambled eggs each day was a nice touch, and there were plenty of options for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The shower head was amazing for soothing tired muscles. We also appreciated the amenities like the microwave and mini fridge. it was a great experience and we plan on returning in the future.

Almost perfect 😕

The Lodge At Jackson Hole offers cozy rooms with a fireplace and cute wooden bears all around. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is nice, and the decor is good. There are facilities for karaoke and casinos, perfect for people who enjoy these activities.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

the breakfast was of good quality bagel, bacon and sausage, in particular. nice pool, hot tub and sauna. our room had a pretty good view, albeit obstructed, of distance mountains.

the front desk couldn't find my Booked.net reservation. took 20+ minutes to check in like i was the first one to ever use Booked.net. also the bed not particularly comfortable. Was supposed to have a premium double room with fireplace. did not get. - not sure who's fault it was booking's or the hotels. just wait when they are really busy. also location too far a walk to be "close to the town square". it is not: you would likely hop in the car and thats a problem because lots of bars and saloons to enjoy.

our weekend stay at the lodge in jackson exceeded expectations! the beautiful hotel had a relaxed setting, delicious breakfast, and a pool & hot tub area that was perfect in the evening. ellie, the staff member, was helpful and friendly.
